We collect only what we need to run registration and stay in touch with families. Plain language below.
What we collect
- Parent/guardian info: name, email, phone, ZIP — to communicate about the season.
- Athlete info: name, date of birth, grade, shirt size, division, optional medical notes — to assign teams and respond to emergencies.
- Payment info: processed entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- Site usage (optional): if you accept analytics, we use Plausible — a cookieless, privacy-friendly service.
How we use it
- Process registration and payment.
- Communicate about practices, games, weather, and emergencies.
- Build rosters and export to GameChanger for scheduling.
- Send tax receipts for donations.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing only.
- GoHighLevel — our CRM. Stores contact info and message history.
- GameChanger — roster data only, for scheduling.
- We do not sell or rent personal data to anyone, ever.
Your choices
- Open the consent panel at any time to change your analytics preference.
- SMS opt-in is separate from registration — you can register without it.
- Email us at [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your data.
Kids' data
Athlete information is collected from parents/guardians, not directly from children. We never advertise to minors. Medical and emergency contact info is shared only with coaches and used only when needed.
