We Strive to develop the whole player, mentally, physically, emotionally, and thru character development.

How we train our Players?
It's not all about hitting, throwing & catching a baseball...
Arm Care & Resistance
We use scientifically researched and proven methods to take care of players arms and help them learn routines they can use throughout their baseball career to develop and maintain arm health.
Physical Agility & Conditionin
Our players regularly condition under the direct supervision of our certified coaches. They develop workout routines to develop their physical capabilities and reach their full potential.
Yoga & Mindfulness
We teach out players the importance and significance of mental focus and clarity. We use breathing, Yoga, and mindfulness practices to develop players.
Based in Placerville, CA
Serving El Dorado County and beyond. Our teams will practice throughout the Sierra Foothills with our primary practice location being Lotus Park.
